Frequently Asked Questions

Your products will ship within five days of your order, and then can take up to four weeks to reach your doorstep. However, average shipping is 10 to 20 days. Each product at Questing Tools has an estimated delivery time that you can find on the product page. Products are shipped directly from manufacturers in different locations so these shipping times can vary greatly by product - be sure to check the product page for details!

Instead of returning items, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund. Our apparel is a custom, print-on-demand service and our other products are shipped directly from manufacturers. In most instances, returns are not possible or are not cost effective. We want to make the process as easy as possible for you and we want you to be 100% satisfied. Because of this, if you are not happy with your purchase, we simply ask that you tell us what went wrong, send us a pic, and we will refund you in full. And, as an added bonus we don't increase our carbon footprint!

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply let us know, and we’ll work out what the best solution is.

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
