This blueprint tee design is of the US Patent for Dice:

• Patent Number: 1,539,05

From the original abstract: "The primary object of the invention is to provide dice that may roll freely in a Small space, a desirable feature in connection with devices of this kind. A further object of the invention is to provide the numbers of the dice in such manner that they lie flush with the surfaces of the latter and provide no crevices or sockets in which disease germs may collect, collection of dirt being also prevented and the dice being readily cleaned."
